Below are some of the high profile projects we have done

 

One of the TI projects we completed in 1st quarter of 2024 in Scottsdale.

 

In 2024 we painted the interior and exterior of the WSS Shoes on the corner of 7th Ave and Osborne in Phoenix. It was quite the tranformation of the look at 7th Ave and Osborne

 

 

We painted the Tillys at Nortera in 2023. Scope of work included the exposed ceiling, wall coverings and the front exterior.

 

 

In 2023 we painted the interior and exterior of the WSS Shoes on the corner of 19th Ave and Dunlap in Phoenix. The property was formerly a CVS Pharmacy.

 

 

The remodeled Neiman Marcus Ladies Shoes. We removed all the wallcoverings and either painted or installed new wallcoverings. Painted all the mill work white.This picture below is from the that remodel.

We removed all the old wall coverings, painted the millwork and installed new wallcoverings throughout the store.

 

In 2019 we also did the painting and wall covering at Phoenix Hyatt Regency. The picture below is the main lobby and we removed, floated the walls and reinstalled new wall coverings. They put new ceiling tiles in but the old ceiling grid was dark brown and we painted the grid white.

 

 

During the Great Recession we were contracted to paint a home that was a rental for several years. We painted it inside and out. All the exterior stucco was sprayed and back rolled. It was put up for sale and sold on the first day of listing.

 

 

 

Below is a photo from the J McLaughlin store we did in the Scottsdale Keirlands. The striped wall covering on the wall at the awnings is the same fabric the awnings were made of. We installed the fabric which had no backing. The panels in the ceiling were covered with wood grain wall covering.

The contractor on this project was Neo Construction Partners in Phoenix. We have a long term relationship with them and they are by far one of the best contractors to have and to work for.

 

 

This is a couple of pictures from the Gilbert Target we did in 2018. We did the painting and the wall coverings. Target is also just using their bulls eye logo and removing the TARGET letters from their stores. We repainted the stucco after the letters were removed.

The general contractor on this job was Conlon Construction based in Iowa. They were a very good contractor to work with.

 

Target is moving away from the Target red soffits. Now the soffits are gray. I heard it was so Target would be more appealing to the Millennial generation.
