Point Business Park

In 2018 we painted the stucco at Point Business Park. It was a very large renovation that updated the 1980's southwestern design that was so popular at the time. The building was part of the development done by Gosnell and part of the Pointe at Sqaw Peak.

The Building was terra cotta with green canvas awnings. You could step out on a very small balcony but I don't know if anyone ever did. They cut the balconies down and removed the awnings. Eye Brows were installed over the windows to make a very nice new modern look.

There were two large separate structures on this property. One of the buildings was painted a lighter gray with dark gray accents, the other building was painted dark gray with lighter gray accents.

As you can see from this picture it was quite a transformation.
