2020
There is a new trend in commercial office space and that is Amenity Suites for tenants. Here are some pictures
from the Suite we did at Northsight Financial in Scottsdale
This is the amenity suite we did at Valley Commerce Center in Phoenix. It has an exposed ceiling and polished concrete floors.
2019
In 2018 we did the Target in Gilbert. It was a nearly complete remodel of the store.
Painted all the soffits, new wall coverings, some accent paint on the exterior
and re-caulked all the tilt panel joints on the exterior.
In 2019 we did the Hyatt Regency first and second floor remodel
of all the meeting rooms, lobby, Regency Ball Room, Bushel and Barrel cafe, and the new
Food area.
In 2019 We did the all the finishes at the Scottsdale
Neiman Marcus. Most of the ageing millwork,
wallcoverings and paint were redone. The wallcoverings
ranged from ordinary 54" vinyl to hand printed foil wallcoverings.
Zintra panels are for areas where noise abatement is
needed. Zintra Panels are very effective in softening
sound.
2018
In 2018 we painted the exterior of the Point Business
Park.
2016
In 2016 we did the wallcovering and painting at J
McLaughlin in Scottsdale.
In 2013 we installed the wall graphics at the DXL
Clothing store on Camelback Rd in Phoenix.
We did the wall coverings in 105
guest rooms including the corridors and common areas at
the Airport Hampton Inn in Phoenix
In 2014 we did extensive wall covering installations at
Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale.
