Big O Tire 7th Street Phoenix

Big O purchased an existing tire store on 7th Street in Sunnyslope and completely remodeled it. The General Contractor was Reliance Build.

The existing building also had several stalls for do-it-yourself car washes and they were turned into auto work areas. Remodels always present unique challenges that cause schedule changes and hold ups. We worked very hard to adapt to the challenges and the job turned out beautiful. We had zero punch list items.

This is the front of the new remodel and it really looks like quite an improvement over what it was before Big O took it over.

The City of Phoenix has done a great redevoping the old areas of Phoenix. This project was part of the City's pledge to keep business in the old areas of Phoenix.

Big O put it a very nice waiting area for the customers.

The shops were 3 colors. Our laser level got lots of use on this project. It really is a nice look.

This was the building in the back of the existing property. It was expanded and the transition from the old shop and the new one it amazing.

This is the back building for tire storage and the auto repair shop. Another amazing transition from old to new.
